EXYP is further developing its career exploration program for youth between the ages of 14 and 21 by working with community leaders and businesses. Our goal is to help young people learn about options that are available to them, give them the skills necessary to find jobs or show them the resources they'll need to obtain the skills they desire, and to teach them good communication skills, leadership skills, and help them develop strength of character.

Programs are geared toward helping youth to pursue their special interests, gain practical knowledge and develop new skills.
